Try-outs and baseline testing.
PHASE 1
Weeks 1-8 will be heavily weighted toward strength and conditioning. Phase 1 will focus on identifying individual strengths and weaknesses in speed, strength and fitness, developing proper techniques in training, running and recovery, and integrating these new skills with fundamental lacrosse drills. Weeks 6&7 (school holidays and Easter) will be optional programming and not included in the costs.

PHASE 2
In Phase 2, we switch the focus from S&C onto individual lacrosse skills, using group drills to work on critical techniques required for optimal gameplay. Maintaining fitness levels, preventing injury and optimising recovery strategies will be the focus of the S&C section.

PHASE 3
Phase 3, Weeks 15-18, will be highly focused on lacrosse, learning about high-level positional play, college-level drills and gameplay to develop field sense and teamwork. S&C will continue to focus on maintaining strength and fitness levels and monitoring for fatigue.
